This release from Sebastian Gomez is his signature and distinctive processing done on caturra, rather than the gesha we also have in stock (for now). With the gesha it accentuates the sappy florals and ripe berries, whereas with the caturra you’ll notice this heavy processing intensifying the brightness and tropicals. Buckle up.
