For those who didn’t pay attention: We had coffee from this farm before, very recently. This one is from the same farm and producer but a different variety: Pink Bourbon. The Pink Bourbon variety takes its name from the light pink color the cherries take on when they are ripe, and while it is believed to be a natural hybrid of Red Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon, genetic testing has shown it is actually closer to Ethiopian landraces than the Bourbon family.
