About this coffee

Tasting notes: Boozy, Funk, Tropical Fruits

Local: Matas de Minas

Farmer : Sidney Portilho

Variety: Yellow Catuai

Processing: Anaerobic Fermentation

Sidney Portilho must be no unknown name to those who’ve been with us for a while. We love his consistent quality and experimental edge, providing us with both classically profiled pulped natural lots and funk bombs like this anaerobic.

This coffee has previously been offered in our shop as Arara. Same producer, same processing method, and a cup profile close to our Arara lot.

The variety is different, so we’ve changed the name for transparency.
