About this coffee
Situated on the slopes of Mount Kenya, this coffee originates from the Kamwangi Factory managed by the New Ngariama Cooperative Society in Kirinyaga. This area, together with its neighbouring region Nyeri, is known for producing intense, complex, and flavour-dense coffees. Kainamui collaborates with approximately 1800 smallholders. The region's red volcanic soil, abundant in nutrients, provides an ideal environment for cultivating SL28 and SL34 varieties. Sweet and balanced with notes of berries and tropical fruits.
