We never had a coffee from Mexico before. They’re maybe not as clean and sweet as the Colombians. And maybe not as bright and fruity as the Africans. But it does have an interesting flavor profile. Big body, syrupy with a kind of roasted sugar sweetness and with notes of 70% dark chocolate and dried fruits.
