Over deze koffie
Last year I finally had the chance to visit the Frinsa Estate while I was in Indonesia. Frinsa is run by Wildan Mustofa and Atieq Mustikaningtyas together with their son Fikri, who showed me the farm. Supernice to finally visit them after buying their coffee for the first time in 2019. They were at the forefront experimenting with different varieties and new processing methods.
