Over deze koffie
Of course Kopi Luwak has a very bad reputation because most of the civet cats these days live in captivity and are force fed shitty cherries in order to make this very exclusive coffee. We don’t contribute to that, but for those who always wanted to try what it’s like, we might just have the next best thing.
Because this coffee underwent a lactic fermentation using the lactobacillus culture isolated from the digestive system of the luwak. So you’re basically drinking guilt free Kopi Luwak from Frinsa Estate in Indonesia. And the best part is that it doesn’t taste shitty at all. It’s a very tasty coffee. It has the Indonesian body and texture and some funk without being too fermented. With notes of cacao nibs, guava and chocolate covered strawberries.
