Mistura Fina means "fine blend" in Portuguese - and that's exactly what this is. Each season we carefully select the finest Red Catuaí and Mundo Novo lots from Matas de Minas, one of Brazil's most expressive coffee regions, and blend them into something greater than the sum of their parts.
The result is a cup of quiet confidence: deep cocoa warmth, the toasty comfort of roasted chestnut, and a subtle red apple sweetness that lifts the finish. Medium roasted for balance - rich enough for espresso, nuanced enough for filter.
