Another year offering coffees from the great José Claudio! José is just one of the many great Brazilian producers we get to work with on a consistent basis thanks to our friend Inacio Soares. This year, we are excited to bring this great example of Catuai 144 processed as an anaerobic natural!
On the cupping table, we are tasting chocolate cookie, nutmeg and cherry!
Available for both filter and espresso!
