About this coffee
This coffee from Southwestern India (Malabar coast) has an extraordinary story with exceptional character.
Long ago, Indian coffee was brought to Europe via ships. During the journey, the coffee absorbs moisture from the wind, causing the coffee beans to swell and change color (from green to very light yellow). This results in a unique taste profile! Nowadays, the coffee is exposed to the humid monsoon wind after harvesting in well-ventilated warehouses and acquires the same character.
Expect a robust coffee with tones of full chocolate, caramel, tobacco, and hazelnut. A coffee without acidity. Our tip; this Indonesian coffee does very well in milk variations and as strong espresso, enjoy!
