About this coffee
A coffee from the land of the Inca's and the rich coffee culture.
This coffee comes from the 'Valle Ubiriki' co-operative in the Junín region, a mountainous and fertile area in the heart of Peru renowned for its coffees with a clean and refined taste. The co-operative was established in 2004 and consists of hundreds of small farmers who work together to achieve fair prices, sustainable cultivation practices, and high quality.
There, where coffee cherries slowly ripen, there is a soft and sweet coffee with a lively flavor typical of the region. You can also taste it in Nº10 Peru Junín: a medium roast with tones of milk chocolate, honey, berries, and a touch of caramel.
