About this coffee
Torra is a community lot from the Valle del Cauca in Colombia, produced by the co-operative Cafenorte. The coffee cherries from around 246 small producers are bundled into one blend, ensuring consistent quality and volume. Cafenorte closely collaborates with farmers, supporting them through quality control and export efforts, and actively investing in the community. As a result, it produces a clear, elegant coffee with fresh citrus notes, a subtle chocolate undertone, and a fine balance, ideal for both espresso and filter brewing.
