About this coffee
This lot is what’s known as “special prep” at the Halo Beriti washing station. These special prep lots are the result of multiple rounds of sorting of what are known as “day lots” where the collective coffee brought to the mill by smallholders are sorted upon arrival, then sorted again during processing to keep filtering the highest quality into these “special prep” lots.
