About this coffee
The Sparkling Cola is an outstanding and vibrant coffee blend, developed as a temporary specialty in close collaboration with Tesfaye Bekele, a farmer we have worked together for over 25 years at Bocca. This specialty coffee is an ode to craftsmanship, trust, and the strength of long-term relationships within the coffee chain.
The blend comes from Suke Quto in the Guji region of Ethiopia, known for its expressive and complex coffees. Thanks to Advanced Natural processing, this coffee achieves its characteristic sparkling profile: sweet, fruity, and intensely aromatic.
In the cup, you can clearly taste cherry cola notes, blackberry, and red fruit. The natural sweetness and lingering finish make this coffee engaging and layered without losing its balance. The result is a coffee that feels adventurous and refined—perfect for coffee drinkers who like to discover new taste dimensions.
