About this coffee
Sometimes it’s not enough to wash it once, you need to wash it twice. So nice they washed it twice, so to speak. Coming from the Finca El Salvador farm is this sweet and nutty double washed offering; first the coffee is depulped and fermented in dry conditions, loose mucilage is removed in the first washing stage, then the coffee is fully submerged in water for an extra day - lending the process its double wash moniker. Grown at 1650masl at Finca El Salvador, this coffee is one for the everyday, sweet and nutty in taste.
