About this coffee
Luis & Carliane are a young couple producing coffee on their farm Sitio Penha, located in the well regarded coffee growing region Minas Gerais. They both come from families with roots deep in the coffee growing world, and their choice to dedicate themselves to growing coffee came with a dedication to studying new coffee cultivation techniques, striving to set themselves apart in a market brimming with great coffee. All in all they are producing around 400 bags per year of coffee, focused on bringing delicious naturals to the market.
Very cool.. what does it taste like though? It’s got a creamy sweetness reminiscent of a Reese’s Cup™ and the gentle florality of green tea.
