Morning Sun - Yellow Bourbon Natural Anaerobic

Some coffees taste like a place. This one tastes like a morning in Alta Mogiana -warm, bright, and unhurried. Producer Jean Faleiros uses a 60-hour anaerobic fermentation to coax out vivid tropical notes of passion fruit and mango, lifted by a delicate floral finish. Roasted to a medium-light profile that preserves every layer of complexity this exceptional micro lot has to offer.
