Gatekeeper - Geisha Natural
Geisha is one of the rarest varietals in the world. Finding it in Brazil is rarer still. This micro lot from the Eldorado farms - grown at 1,200 meters in the highlands of Minas Gerais - is the result of years of trust between Brazuca Coffee and producer Jean. A relationship built on shared standards, and a shared belief that exceptional coffee deserves exceptional care.
The natural process amplifies everything the Geisha varietal does best: a luminous peach sweetness, bright orange acidity, and a long floral finish that lingers like a memory. Roasted to a medium omni profile, it performs beautifully as both filter and espresso.
Best brewed as: Filter (V60, Chemex, AeroPress) or Espresso Β· water 93Β°C Β· ratio 1:15 (filter) / 1:2.5 (espresso)
