About this coffee
Welcome to Fazenda Passeio!
On this farm in Sul de Minas, Brazil, Adolfo Ferreira cultivates as the 4th generation the best specialty coffees. What is notable about the farm is that it lies relatively close to urban areas. Therefore, all coffee must be hand-picked; something not so common in Brazil, but of course only enhances the quality.
This natural coffee has a full body and gives a nice sweet espresso. You can recognize notes of almonds, raisins, and a little milk chocolate.
We are happy to sell Adolfo's coffee, especially considering he places great importance on affordability as well. Where elsewhere nature is under pressure, Adolfo actually works in harmony with the natural environment. On his 130-hectare farm, there are several areas where the forest can thrive. Additionally, workers receive fair wages, children can go to school and childcare, and sufficient attention is paid to training and development of the staff.
