This natural Red and Yellow Bourbon from Villa Galicia, El Salvador, is the work of producer Mauricio Salaverria – a master of micro-lots and post-harvest precision. Grown at 1550 metres in the volcanic soils of the Apaneca–Ilamatepec mountains, the cherries are shade-dried for over 25 days, revealing tropical sweetness and layered complexity.

Notes of pineapple, chamomile, and speculaas make this lively, complex cup unforgettable. What makes it even more remarkable? It arrived at Keen by sailing ship – a low-carbon, wind-powered journey that preserves both flavour and the planet.
