Meet Naung Sam Phuu, the first Myanmar coffee we’ve had the pleasure of featuring. Grown at 1,495 masl in the remote Shan state, this natural lot is a testament to the vision and perseverance of a community that shifted from opium to coffee for a sustainable livelihood.
Hand-picked at peak ripeness and slowly dried on raised beds, it delivers a creamy, vibrant cup with layered sweetness. Expect bright strawberry, zesty lime, and silky milk chocolate – a rare and joyful coffee that captures the spirit of a new specialty origin and the remarkable dedication of its people.
