About this coffee

Another great classic tasting coffee. This Mexican medium roast has lots of chocolate and nutty flavours, with hints of herbal-like flavours.

In the regions of Chiapas, Veracruz and Puebla, more than 4,700 smallholder farmers cultivate coffee with the support of the NKG Bloom program. By providing access to healthy seedlings, technical assistance, financing, and guaranteed buyers, the program empowers producers to improve both quality and stability, while renewing thousands of hectares of farmland.

This washed coffee is grown at high altitudes up to around 1,600 masl, from varieties such as Caturra, Catuaí and Sarchimor. The result is a smooth and balanced cup with flavors of milk chocolate and hazelnut, complemented by an underlying note of stone fruit.
