About this coffee
Chorizo is a variety quickly growing in popularity, and as it grows so does the mystique surrounding its origins. It was originally assumed to be a local mutation of caturra, looking similar but with longer shaped cherries, so it became colloquially known as “caturra choriso” or “elongated caturra.
