About this coffee

Antonio Medina is an elegant and intensely aromatic Gesha with layers of floral sweetness and bright fruit. Expect notes of jasmine, stone fruit, citrus, and a silky sweetness that becomes more expressive as the cup cools. A common reaction: “I didn’t know coffee could be this delicate and complex!”

This comes from the celebrated Gesha varietal grown by Antonio Medina at 1,700 meters in Antigua, Guatemala. The ripest cherries are carefully picked and delivered to the wet mill the same day, where they undergo a slow 32-hour dry fermentation before being washed and patio-dried for 10 days. Every step is carefully controlled to preserve the delicate character of this exceptional lot.

We roast Antonio Medina in small batches to bring out its floral aromatics, vibrant fruit, and clean, sweet finish. Available in 1kg, 250g and 100g bags.
