About this coffee
Flora comes from our partnership with Eduardo Ferreira de Sousa and his family's farm in Brazil. Eduardo transformed his father's conventional operation into a regenerative agroforestry system, building soil health and biodiversity with every harvest. As Eduardo's exclusive European roaster and distributor, we're building this project together from the ground up.
The coffee itself is straightforward and approachable: chocolate and nut flavors, full creamy body, very low acidity. This is coffee that's easy to love and even easier to brew well. You don't need fancy equipment to make Flora shine - it performs beautifully in automatic machines, manual brewing, whatever you've got. Perfect for sharing with friends who aren't coffee obsessives, or for those mornings when you want something smooth and reliable.
