The Paulista is our signature blend - crafted to be the coffee you reach for every morning without ever getting tired of it. Sourced from the highlands of São Paulo and Minas Gerais, it brings together two complementary varieties: the body of Arara, and the brightness of Red Catuaí.
The result is a cup that's rich and grounding, with a smooth chocolate base, a whisper of almond, and just enough red fruit to keep things interesting. Medium dark roasted for versatility - equally at home as espresso, filter, or a long black.
