Named after the year the trees were planted, the Encore 2001 is a coffee with history in every cup. From Fazenda Paraíso in Ibiraci - a farm we know well - this Catucaí lot undergoes a natural aerobic fermentation that draws out a beautifully indulgent profile: the deep, dark sweetness of molasses, the warmth of caramel, and a smooth vanilla finish that makes it impossible to stop at one cup.
Light-roasted to let the fermentation character shine through without masking the natural sweetness of the variety.
Best brewed as: Filter (V60, Chemex, AeroPress) or Espresso · water 92°C · ratio 1:15
