About this coffee
The Sparkling Cola is an outstanding and lively coffee blend, developed as a temporary specialty in close collaboration with Tesfaye Bekele, a farmer we have worked with for more than 25 years at Bocca. This specialty coffee is an ode to craftsmanship, trust, and the strength of long-term relationships within the coffee chain.
The blend originates from Suke Quto in the Guji region of Ethiopia, a place renowned for its expressive and complex coffees. Thanks to Advanced Natural processing, this coffee acquires its characteristic sparkling profile: sweet, fruity, and intensely aromatic.
In the cup, you can clearly detect notes of cherry cola, blackberry, and red fruits. The natural sweetness and persistent mouthfeel make this coffee intriguing and layered without losing its balance. As a result, it feels both adventurous and refined—perfect for coffee drinkers who like to discover new taste dimensions.
